How to Use: Add one drop to a toothbrush in lieu of, or in addition to, toothpaste. Massage onto the gums, and glide a drop over dental floss to clean the tiny spaces between the teeth. Add one drop to BH Botanicals mouthwash. Use on tongue-scrapers. One drop on the tongue for fresh breath. Use for an oil pulling concentrate by dropping 1-2 drops in mouth with coconut oil for oil pulling (see below). Swish for 10-20 minutes and spit into toilet or trash can.
When using in addition to mouth wash do not drop directly into mouth wash container. Pour desired amount of mouth wash into mouth then add one drop to your mouth, swish, gargle and spit!

Oil pulling may aid in the healing of acne and other skin conditions. Imbalances in our gut may be linked to imbalances in our skin. This can include various skin conditions such us eczema, psoriasis, severely dry and itchy skin, cystic acne, hyperpigmentation, rosacea and many others. By removing toxins from the digestive tract you allow the body to have a better balance of good bacteria. This may help to regulate hormones decreasing the amount of breakouts especially for women during their cycle. How to oil pull - use a regular kitchen spoon, take about 1 teaspoon of coconut oil (does not need to be exact), put in your mouth with 1-2 drops of gum and tooth serum, swish for 10-20 minutes. The longer the better! Oil pulling is best done first thing in the AM on an empty stomach, before brushing, drinking water or eating! Oil pulling does not need to be done twice a day.
