RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason please feel free to contact us through the contact page. Please be mindful since our products do not contain any fillers, preservatives or synthetics it can take some time to adjust. Please be patient, trust the process and know that you are doing the right thing for your body!
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This must be done within 72 hours of receiving your package.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders ship out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
All orders over $250 USD are eligible for free shipping within the United States and territories with code FREESHIP. We prioritize shipping through UPS and you should expect to receive your order within 1-5 days once it has left our facility. We are based in Georgia so assume timing based on your geographical location.
For expedited shipping please choose this option before completing checkout. Expedited orders ship within 24 hours of when the order was placed and you should expect to receive your package within 24-48 hours following contingent upon the carrier.
Free shipping applies only to standard shipping.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it leaves our facility. If you are in an apartment complex please contact your building manager. If you are concerned that your package was stolen or has been lost, please file a police report with your local police department and file a claim with the carrier.
Please always contact your local post office or UPS first if your package is marked delivered but has not arrived.
Orders over $300 typically will require signature with delivery. If you wish to not have signature required and the package does not arrive we are not responsible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please note that our shipping cost does not cover possible import fees and does not qualify for free shipping. Import fees vary by weight and country. We can not estimate or assume these costs for international shipments.
ORDER ADJUSTMENTS
If your order has not shipped yet and you would like to add item(s) to your order please contact us immediately. Orders may incur an additional shipping charge of due to increase in weight depending on the items added to your order.
To add an item to your order please email info@bhbotanicals.com with your order number, the product, size, scent and quantity where applicable to expedite the process. An invoice will be sent to the email on file. The total amount must be paid before the order ships and will be held until payment is completed.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
For orders with special requests please email prior to placing your order. This can include but not limited to upgrading or downgrading shipping, custom scent request, applying discounts and so on. If your request is not approved prior to placing your order there is no guarantee your request will be accepted.
Custom products are no longer being accepted. Due to our expansion and high demand for products we are unable to accommodate special requests for major ingredient changes.
PREGNANCY
So you're pregnant and wondering if you can still use BH BOTANICALS products? Firstly, Congratulations! Secondly, we always recommend checking with your practitioner on what is safe for you and your baby during your pregnancy since every individual is different. Many essential oils are deemed safe during pregnancy at low doses but please do your own research on what you find works best for you. We do offer some products unscented or without essential oils. Although we are not currently taking custom orders please inquire with us through email if you have a special need and we will do our best to accomodate your needs!
